Thank you!

On May 23, the Senate voted unanimously to confirm Sri Srinivasan, marking the first time since 2006 that the Senate has confirmed a new judge to the D.C. Circuit.

Constitutional Progressives sent more than 8000 emails to Senate in support of Mr. Srinivasan.

The Senate is now back in session for a brief period before the holidays.19 of President Obama’s judicial nominees are still pending on the Senate floor.  Email your Senators and tell them to call for a yes-or-no vote on all 19 of those nominees.

This election season, the right to vote is under siege.

Tell your state’s top election official to stand by the Constitution on its 225th anniversary and make sure that all eligible voters in your state can cast a vote this fall.

Senator Heller is trying to single-handedly block the nomination of Judge Elissa Cadish to Nevada’s federal bench and prevent her from even getting a hearing in the Senate Judiciary Committee.  This “pocket veto” of a highly qualified judicial nominee is disgraceful and must stop before it further harms Nevadans seeking relief in our federal courts.  Nevada residents: Act now!

We are in the midst of a judicial vacancy crisis in this country, causing a backlog of cases in our federal courts that fundamentally undermines America’s system of justice. There are more than 80 empty judicial seats in federal courtrooms across America, and Utah Senator Mike Lee has vowed to make sure that those seats stay empty. In order to “get the President’s attention,” Senator Lee says he will obstruct every one of President Obama’s judicial nominees. We can’t let that happen.
