Happy Constitution Day! Read more about our Constitution and the "Second Founding."

We asked you to contact your Senators to tell them to vote to confirm Michelle Friedland to a seat on the Ninth Circuit that’s been declared a judicial emergency.

On Monday, April 28, the Senate confirmed Ms. Friedland by a narrow, 51-40 vote.  Thank you for your great work!

Make sure that your Senators stand up to Senate Republicans and fill the vacancies on the all-important Circuit Courts! Email your Senators today and ask them to tell Majority Leader Reid to schedule yes or no votes on all pending Circuit Court nominees.

2013 was a year that showed us Washington at its worst. But it also showed us Constitutional Progressives at their best. Thank you for your hard work this year.

We have a great deal to be proud of, and a great deal to prepare for.

Support bold, tactical progressive advocacy in 2014 with a contribution of $20.14.

Over the last year, you’ve sent more than 40,000 messages to your Senators, asking them to end the obstruction and confirm highly qualified judicial nominees. You made it clear to your Senators that people at home were paying attention to this issue, and you kept up the pressure even when many other issues competed for Washington’s attention. With your help, our country in 2014 will enjoy a federal judiciary that’s fairer and more functional.

Thank you, and we hope we can count on your continued support in the new year.

This Constitution Day, ask your Senators to reaffirm that the Constitution protects “We the People,” not “We the Corporations.”

President Obama has nominated attorney Patricia Millett, Georgetown Law Professor Nina Pillard, and United States District Court Judge Robert Wilkins to fill the three vacancies on the D.C. Circuit. Senate Judiciary Committee hearings for the three nominees are expected this summer.

Thank you!

On May 23, the Senate voted unanimously to confirm Sri Srinivasan, marking the first time since 2006 that the Senate has confirmed a new judge to the D.C. Circuit.

Constitutional Progressives sent more than 8000 emails to Senate in support of Mr. Srinivasan.
